Lake Superior Ice

From our buddy Ralph Winrich – this took place near Duluth, MN – two years ago a similar even occurred on the western shore of Keweenaw Bay – only in that case, it was SLABS of ice that came ashore, stacking 10-15 feet high and crossing enough beach to endanger some cottages.  Mother nature moves in mysterious ways!
